For those of you that aren’t familiar with the ADCC it’s the Abu Dhabi Combat Club and is probably one of the most prestigious grappling tournaments. The ADCC is an invitational event that attracts the best Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and wrestling talent. The winnings pail in comparison to UFC payouts; however, serious respect is earned from winning at the ADCC and highly sought after. Here’s a blowback of an Ortiz v. Hughes ADCC fight. It’s a bit strange to watch them grapple with no striking.
